Applied Arts Scotland (AAS) was set up to give a voice to the professional needs of the crafts sector. AAS has a voluntary Board made up of professional makers living and working in Scotland. We are considering a variety of opportunities to develop and support the sector, including discussion forums, events, encouraging collaboration, and professional development activities such as intern and apprenticeships and the development of accredited standards.
